Sass/Gould Financial Securities, LLC
Sass/Gould Financial Securities, LLC is a private investment fund whose investment objective is to earn attractive rates of return by investing primarily in publicly traded securities of financial institutions with a focus on bank holding companies, banks, savings and loan holding companies and thrift institutions. In selecting its investments the fund gives consideration to undervalued institutions, consolidation in the banking industry, recent and proposed legislative reforms, and/or institutions which may have in place or proposed repurchase programs or dividend increases.

The fund has been in operation since May 1, 2000 and had an annual return, including dividends, net of fees, from inception through March 2006 of approximately 14.5% per annum.

An affiliate of Gould acts as subadvisor and consultant to M.D. Sass Investor Services, Inc., a registered investment advisor and the advisor for the fund. Gould's extensive experience and involvement in the banking industry are extremely beneficial to the operations of this fund.
