FREDRIC H. GOULD
Fredric H. Gould is the owner of Gould General LLC, a General Partner of Gould Investors L.P., Chairman of the Board of BRT Realty Trust, Chairman of the Board of One Liberty Properties, Inc., and a Director of East Group Properties, Inc. He was a director and a member of the Board and Loan Committee of the Yonkers Savings and Loan Association and a former director and member of the loan committee of Bankers Federal Savings. His industry involvements include prior memberships on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts as well as the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New York where he was also a member of its Finance Committee. Mr. Gould received a BBA in 1957 from Lehigh University and an LLB, cum laude, in 1960 from New York Law School.

MATTHEW J. GOULD
Matthew J. Gould is President of Georgetown Partners, Inc., the Managing General Partner of Gould Investors L.P., Senior Vice President of One Liberty Properties, Inc., and Senior Vice President and a Director of BRT Realty Trust, REIT Management Corp. and Majestic Property Management Corp. Mr. Gould received a BA, with honors, from the University of Michigan in 1981. He earned a JD, cum laude, in 1984 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he served as Articles Editor of The Law Review.

JEFFREY A. GOULD
Jeffrey Gould is President and Chief Executive Officer of BRT Realty Trust. He has an outstanding record of accomplishments in commercial real estate lending. He is a Vice President of Georgetown Partners, Inc., a Senior Vice President and a Director of One Liberty Properties, Inc. and Majestic Property Management Corp. Mr. Gould received a BA from the University of Michigan in 1987. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York Finance Committee and the Young Men's Real Estate Association of New York, Inc. He was recently voted by Real Estate NY magazine as one of the 'Top 40 Under 40' leaders in the real estate industry.

SIMEON BRINBERG
Simeon Brinberg is a Senior Vice President of BRT Realty Trust, One Liberty Properties, Inc., and Georgetown Partners, Inc. He joined these entities in October 1988. For 27 years prior thereto he was associated with Bachner, Tally, Polevoy, Misher & Brinberg, attorneys at law, and its predecessor, as a partner from June 1968 and as a senior partner from October 1984. Mr. Brinberg specialized in the areas of corporate and securities law and has extensive experience in representing publicly held entities in all aspects of their activities. Mr. Brinberg earned a BA from the University of Michigan in 1955 and an LLB degree from the New York University School of Law in 1958. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

ISRAEL ROSENZWEIG
Israel Rosenzweig is a President of GP Partners, Inc. the sub-advisor to M.D. Sass Investors Services, Inc. in the operations of Sass/Gould Real Estate Securities, LLC and Sass/Gould Financial Services, LLC. He is Senior Vice President of Georgetown Partners, Inc., and a Senior Vice President of BRT Realty Trust, and One Liberty Properties, Inc. Mr. Rosenzweig previously served as a Director and Chief Lending Officer of Bankers Federal Savings. Prior to joining the Gould group of companies, Mr. Rosenzweig was a Vice President at Bankers Trust. Mr. Rosenzweig is a graduate of City University in New York, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, where he received a BA degree in Economics in 1974. He received his MBA in Accounting from New York University, graduated with distinction and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma in 1977.

DAVID W. KALISH
David W. Kalish joined Georgetown Partners, Inc. in June 1990 and serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is also Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of One Liberty Properties, Inc. and Majestic Property Management Corp. as well as Senior Vice President-Finance of BRT Realty Trust. Prior to 1990, Mr. Kalish, a Certified Public Accountant, was a partner in Buchbinder Tunick & Company (and its predecessors). Mr. Kalish received his BBA from City College-Baruch School in 1968 and became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York in 1972. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs.

MARK H. LUNDY
Mark H. Lundy joined Georgetown Partners, Inc. in 1990 and serves as a Senior Vice President. He is also a Senior Vice President of BRT Realty Trust and Secretary of One Liberty Properties and Majestic Property Management Corp. Prior to 1990, Mr. Lundy was associated with Dickstein, Shapiro & Morin, Washington, D.C., and prior to that with Chadbourne & Parke, New York, New York. Mr. Lundy received his BA in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1984 and his JD from New York University School of Law in 1987.

SETH D. KOBAY
Seth D. Kobay currently serves as President of Majestic Property Management Corp. and Vice President of Operations and Controller of Georgetown Partners, Inc. Prior to 1981, Mr. Kobay was with the New York City accounting firm, Richard A. Eisner & Company. Mr. Kobay received his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1980 and holds a BBA, received in 1977, from Hofstra University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs.

KAREN DUNLEAVY
Karen Dunleavy serves as Treasurer of Georgetown Partners, Inc., and a Vice President, Financial of One Liberty Properties, Inc. She started her career at Gould Investors L.P. at the end of 1983. Before joining the firm, Ms. Dunleavy, a Certified Public Accountant, worked in the field of public accounting for the firms of Goldstein, Golub, Kessler & Co. and Joseph Schacter & Co. Graduating magna cum laude from SUNY Binghamton in 1980, Ms. Dunleavy received a BBS in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs.

RICHARD M. FIGUEROA
Richard M. Figueroa joined Georgetown Partners, Inc. in August of 1998 and serves as a Vice President. He is also a Vice President and Assistant Secretary of One Liberty Properties, Inc. and a Vice President of BRT Realty Trust (NYSE). Prior to August of 1998, Mr. Figueroa was associated with Bryan Cave LLP (formerly Robinson Silverman Pearce Aronsohn & Berman LLP), New York, New York and with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, New York, New York. Mr. Figueroa received his BA in Political Science from Saint John's University in 1991 and his JD from Columbia Law School in 1995.

IWONA NYZIO
Iwona Nyzio currently serves as a Vice President of Georgetown Partners, Inc. She is engaged in acquisition and disposition analysis and decisions on all Gould Investors real estate assets. Prior to joining Gould, she was an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse, Inc., overseeing private equity fund reporting, and providing fund performance calculations. Ms. Nyzio received a dual major BA in Accounting and Information Systems as well as Economics from Queens College in 1998, and then her MBA from New York University in 2007.

ALYSA BLOCK
Alysa Block joined Georgetown Partners, Inc. in February of 1987 and currently serves as Controller. She is also Assistant Treasurer of One liberty Properties, Inc. and BRT Realty Trust. Prior to joining Georgetown Partners, Inc. Ms. Block worked as an accountant for Eisner & Lubin C.P.A. in New York and Sierra Capital Company in San Francisco. Ms. Block graduated from Brooklyn College in 1982, where she received a BS in Accounting.

DENNIS HARTIN
Dennis Hartin is Lease Administrator for Gould Investors L.P. He previously worked as a legal assistant in the real estate department of the New York office of Willkie, Farr & Gallagher. He holds a B.A from Ohio State University and an M.A. from the Claremont School of Theology in Claremont, California.

ISAAC KALISH
Isaac Kalish serves as Assistant Treasurer of One Liberty Properties, Inc. (NYSE) since June 2007. He also serves as Assistant Treasurer of Georgetown Partners, Inc. He joined the companies in July, 2004. Prior to that he worked in public accounting for the firms of Buchbinder Tunick & Co. and Ernst & Young. He received his BA in accounting from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the New York State Society of CPA's.

WILLIAM A. BOUTON
William A. Bouton is Vice President of Majestic Property Management Corp. Mr. Bouton supervises Majestic's commercial and residential properties operations. Mr. Bouton also assists buyers and sellers with purchase and sale transactions of cooperative and condominium apartments. Mr. Bouton is a licensed real estate broker and is a member of the New York State Association of Realtors and The Long Island Board of Realtors.

BARBARA D. VERNALE
Barbara D. Vernale is Vice President for Majestic Property Management Corp. Ms. Vernale is respon­sible for handling sales of cooperative apartments as well as the management of commercial, residential and retail properties. She is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Florida, and a member of The Long Island Board of Realtors and The New York State Association of Realtors.
